Czech-Norwegian cooperation
In the project, we are strengthening our long-term cooperation with the Norwegian organization SNU (Centre for Neurobiological Developmental Psychology). Thanks to the cooperation of experts, we are creating usable materials for educational institutions in the Czech Republic and Norway and laying the foundations for systemic cooperation in the years to come. In addition to intensive mutual coordination and inspiration in the field of expert activities, there will also be a study trip of the Czech side to Norway.
About the project
Methodology of socio-emotional learning for kindergartens
We are developing a socio-emotional learning methodology for preschool children, including accompanying visual materials. The methodology is inspired by the previously developed material for primary and secondary schools RRRR.
EU4Health project application
We are working on a joint detailed project application to the EU4Health programme, which will we will support the dissemination of the application of the Neuroscience Model in education and create the conditions for systemic support for child and adolescent mental health in Czech and Norwegian schools.

Materials
Situation cards for children in kindergarten
The material is intended for preschool children and their parents. The activities help children to better navigate their emotions and understand their meaning.
The poster is aimed at pre-school children and depicts a range of anger.
Cards for kindergarten promote self-regulation and teach children to be aware of their own body and emotions. They contain 35 activities aimed at calming or activating.
The socio-emotional learning methodology offers activities to help develop self-knowledge, empathy, cooperation and the ability to cope with challenging situations. Each chapter focuses on a specific area of development and playfully develops skills that will be useful to children throughout their lives.
