An indispensable member of the expert team of the Institute of Trauma Respectful Approach within the PorT (Understanding Trauma) project is Tereza Koudelková, who graduated in social pedagogy in Ústí nad Labem and completed her master's studies at Charles University in Prague in the field of management of social and health organizations. She is a professional social counsellor, first for migrants in the Czech Republic and now for victims of domestic violence. In 2022, she co-organized the 24th Conference on Specialized Services for Women as Pillars of Peace in Times of Crisis and Beyond, organized by the WAVE network of organizations.
