Our words have power
This poster highlights the impact of the words we say.
Teachers can use this poster to show younger children how their words can either help or hurt. The poster encourages us to think before we say something and promotes the use of kind and supportive language. This tool can be useful when discussing communication and interpersonal relationships in the classroom, and helps children realise the power of words in everyday life. You can use the posters with younger and older pupils. They promote expected behaviors in students and are based on the PBIS Positive Behavior Support System.
